We Pray

We pray because our vision for the city exceeds our abilities. We pray because through prayer He gives strategies to accomplish the tasks before us. We pray to invoke His hand of blessing and protection over the people of this city.

Transformation Vision provides weekly, bi-monthly and annual opportunites for prayer within the community.

Every Tuesday morning at 8am, a group from the community meet  at a local business, church, outreach or school.

For more information or to become a part of this group, contact Edsel Dureus at
edureus@thanksgivingtabernacule.org or by phone at 817-706-5161.

On the first Thursday of Every Other Month (February, April, June, August, October, December) at 7:30am, City Leaders, Pastors, and members from the community come together for breakfast and prayer over the city.

Each event is held at the Alan Sims Recreation Center, 310 E. Parkerville Road, Cedar Hill, TX 75104

For more information on this event, contact Shelia Hood at shood@trinitychurch.org

The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation.  Transformation Vision hosts a noon time prayer at  a local church, as well as an evening community gathering at the Performing Arts Center at Cedar Hill High School.
